Q: Where do you source your fabric and clothes?
A: We source all our fabric and clothes locally from thrift stores, second hand shops, donations, and eco-friendly deadstock fabric stores. We aim to limit the negative impact of clothing by avoiding manufacturing for the time being.
Q: What is the price range?
A: Customs range from 150 - 450 USD with a majority of the pieces being in the 150-250 price range. We also drop an assortment of vintage t-shirts and sweatshirts.
Q: Why don't I see any custom pieces on the website?
A: Typically after a release they are the first to sell out. Once a piece sells out we remove it from the page in order to free up space for remaining inventory. All of our pieces are 1 of 1 meaning we only make one of each, they tend to go quick due to this.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders will be shipped the following week. Shipping time varies between 2-4 days depending on your location. International shipments via DHL typically take 7-12 days after they've been picked up.
Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?
A: Yes, if the product does not match what you were expecting / or the size is off / or if it is broken in any way please reach out to our email and we will help you with this process.

Q: Who pays for international customs fee?
A: The buyer is responsible for the customs fee associated with the item purchased.
